USA Orders: Unopened product may be returned (mailed) with prior authorization from our company, within 7 days of receipt (via USPS Priority Mail, Delivery Confirmation required). Refund will not include actual mailing cost plus $10.00 handling fee.
Due to the nature of the product (in a form of powder), it is illegal to return opened/used packages.
International orders: Unopened bags may be returned (mailed) within 7 days of receipt.
