US Orders:  May be returned or exchanged (mailed) within 7 days of  receipt (via USPS Priority Mail, Delivery Confirmation required), with prior authorization from our company.  If order contains more than one bottle, only one bottle may be returned/exchanged open.  Refund will not include the actual mailing cost  plus $5% handling fee (of product price).  Exchanged products are not subject to handling fee, but are subject to the actual additional mailing cost.  

U.S. Shipping:
Orders received before 10 AM (NY time, Mon-Fri) are usually mailed same day. Orders received after 10 AM are mailed same or next business day . Orders under $250.00 are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Delivery Confirmation (and when confirmed delivered as posted on "Track  and Confirm", on USPS site, orders are considered mailed and delivered). Customer may request "Signature Confirmation" method of shipping. Orders above $250.00 will be mailed via USPS "Signature Confirmation". Allow 2-3 days for delivery.
